RHS Students Place in Congressional Art Competition

 

Congratulations to Megan Pecaro and Saivone Otero who placed in the Congressional Art Competition sponsored by Congressman Mike Quigley! 

Megan earned second place. Her painting, Save the Song of the Golden-Cheeked Warbler, will be on display at Congressman Quigley's Washington DC office for a year.

Saivone earned third place. His drawing, The Silver-Cheeked Hornbill, will be on display at Congressman Quigley's Chicago office for a year.

Thank you to all the art students who represented Ridgewood at the Congressional Art Competition... Gabriela Beltran, Valeria Echavarri, Francheska Mallo, Saivone Otero, Joseph Gonder, Emily Nowak and Megan Pecaro.
