Congratulations to Diana Hrushka who won the Norridge Vehicle Sticker Contest!
Diana’s design will be used on the 2018-2019 city vehicle stickers. Since Norridge is celebrating it's 70th anniversary, Diana's design was inspired by the Harlem Outdoor Theatre which opened in 1946 and closed in 1976. She will also be awarded $25.00 and be honored at the Village of Norridge Board meeting.
