The staff wellness screening day is October 27th from 6:30 am until 10:00 am in ROOM 134 (See attached promotional handout). This screening will be administered through Empower Health Services (EHS). I am also including a guide for logging on the system.

EHS has a NEW portal and registration site! We are told that employees should find it as easy to navigate and that it should be a seamless process.
Please note, ALL participants will need to create a new account on empower.health regardless if you have previously screened with EHS in the past. This is not the same registration site used for past EHS events.
Please follow the steps outlined on page 5 of the brochure to create a new account and follow the prompts to test scheduling an onsite appointment. When prompted, please select the tile that corresponds to the service you are signing up for: 'Screening', 'Flu Vaccination', or 'Screening Flu Vaccination'. If you have any questions or issues with the registration site, please let me know.
Participation is limited to only employees enrolled in District health plan and you are asked to bring a printed copy of the requisition form(s) to the onsite appointment. Once screenings are complete, results will be available in your account on the new portal, within comparison of past years data if applicable. Participants will have an interactive results table with the ability to print, fax and download the report.
