Prom Guest Forms
If your senior student is planning on bringing an outside guest to Prom, Guest Forms can be picked up at the Dean’s Office. Completed forms must be returned by 3PM, Friday May 20th. Forms received after May 20th will not be accepted. Guests 21 years of age or older may not attend, and guests must be enrolled in 9th grade or higher.
Post Prom
The Ridgewood High School Parents Club is sponsoring a Post Prom event at Main Event https://www.mainevent.com/experiences/ in Hoffman Estates from 12:00am-4:00am. The event includes unlimited video games, virtual games, bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, shuffleboard, and other fun activities. Additionally, unlimited pizza, snacks, and soft drinks, tea, and coffee will be available. Buses will depart from Ridgewood at approximately 11:30pm. All guests must complete and sign a Parent Permission Form and pay a $30 deposit (which is fully refundable for all RHS Seniors at check-in). Completed and signed permission forms and payment can be turned in on May 9th, 10th, or 11th at the Parents Club Post Prom Collection table inside by the RHS Main Entrance (Door #2) from 11:00-1:00. Completed forms and payment can also be dropped off in the Athletic Office (Rooms 225B or 225C). All permission forms must be turned in by Friday, May 20.
