RHS to Serve as Vaccination Site

Dear Ridgewood Families,

Senator Martwick and Representative LaPointe are hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Event at Ridgewood High School on Wednesday, April 28 for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. This event is for local residents 50 years or older as well as frontline workers who would like to be vaccinated. If someone living near you qualifies and has not received his or her vaccination yet, please let them know about this opportunity. There is no charge to be vaccinated.

If you or anyone you know is interested in participating, here are the options for making an appointment:

We potentially have enough vaccines to distribute to each Ridgewood student who is age 16 or older. If you have a student you wish to vaccinate with the Pfizer vaccine on Wednesday, April 28, please contact our school nurse, Candace Reid, via email or phone:

Lastly, because of this event, all students will be REMOTE on APRIL 28 and on the date of the second dose administration. After school sports and activities will still take place since the event is scheduled to end by 4 p.m.

Thank you for your help with this very important event.
